PAYMENT OPTIONS

All payments must be made in Singapore dollars or its equivalent. You can select one of the three payment options:

1. Payment by Credit Card

You may choose to pay by VISA or Mastercard via the safe and secure eNETS website.^##

^##Be assured of your privacy. You are providing your credit card number and details to eNETS and not to anyone else, NOT EVEN the people at Papyrus Books. We only receive notification that payment has been made successfully for us to proceed with the Order Processing.

2. Payment by Cheque/Money Order

Cheques drawn on a Singapore bank or Money Orders must be made payable to "Papyrus Books" (non-transferable).

(Please indicate your Name and Order Code on the reverse side of the Cheque/Money Order)

3. Funds transfer (E-banking)

POSB or DBS bank customers may choose this payment option. We will provide the Papyrus Books account no. in the acknowledgement email for you to transfer the total amount due.

Three Easy Steps to Order

Click on add to cart to order the items that you wish to purchase. Once you have finished shopping, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and fill up your contact details as well as indicate your preferred mode of delivery and payment. Then, submit and confirm your order.

We will send you an acknowledgement containing the Order Code and total amount due via e-mail.

DELIVERY DETAILS

We offer FREE deliveries within Singapore for all orders of $50.00 and above. A minimal charge of $3.00 is applicable for any orders below $50.00.

All local orders will be despatched via local Speedpost after your Cheque/Money Order/Funds transfer or credit card transaction is cleared by the bank.

For orders from regions other than Singapore, Malaysia or Brunei, you may choose to have your orders shipped by surface mail. Most orders will be despatched within the next business day.**

**STOCK AVAILABILITY

In the event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to postpone the delivery and will advise you accordingly.
